Nestled to the north of the South Downs, where brackish waters meet on the banks of the River Adur, you will hear the songs of more than 80 bird species that call our farm home. The Gue family are proud to help shape the Adur Valley; through modern farming methods, we are creating a place where farming and nature work together.

Adur Valley Creamery are farmhouse soft cheesemakers. Our cheesemaking is purposefully slow, allowing our milk to express its full quality. That quality is no accident: our award-winning Holstein herd has been bred for richer milk, high in protein and butterfat, generation after generation.
